Churchill is opening in Victoria, BC

Churchill Armoured Car Service is opening in Victoria, BC, effective February of 2012. After almost twenty years of
serving the business communities of Metro Vancouver and Calgary, Churchill will now be able to offer our services to our
best customers on Vancouver Island.
This expansion will allow us to strengthen our coverage and to solidify our position
as a significant regional player in our industry.
Churchill thanks its loyal customers for their support and we look forward to raising
the standard of service in our new market on Vancouver Island.

Making Change Matter

Churchill made more than 180 deliveries to Kids Up Front agency partners

In March and April 2011, Churchill Armoured Car Service made more than 180 deliveries to Kids Up Front
agency partners. Kids Up Front has provided more than 186,000 quality experiences to kids and families
in need at a total value that surpasses $5.2 million dollars since they opened their doors in Vancouver
in 2004. Churchill is proud to be a part of this excellent program and will continue to provide support
for Kids Up Front and their agencies in order to promote their efforts to make a powerful, positive
impact on thousands of local kids and families.

Vancouver, British Columbia - Churchill Armoured Car Service Inc. has partnered with Kids Up Front
Foundation (Vancouver) to deliver concert, theatre and sports tickets for kids across the Lower
Mainland who otherwise would not have the opportunity.
Kids Up Front partners with over 100 child-serving agencies to provide access to arts, culture, sports
and recreation by distributing unused tickets. According to Cindy Graves, Executive Director, “getting
the tickets delivered to the partner agencies has often been a barrier for agencies wanting to participate
more fully in Kids Up Front’s programs. As a result, they don’t request tickets to events the kids could
really benefit from.” Graves added that Kids Up Front is a small, grassroots charity that provides thousands
of fun experiences every month for the kids but does not have the means to deliver the tickets.

A survey conducted by Kids Up Front found that partnering agencies would request an average of 58% more
tickets from Kids Up Front if they knew they would be delivered without charge to their office.
Churchill Armoured Car Service was made aware of the survey and decided on the spot to help. Joe Melonari,
President, Churchill Armoured Car Service, said “it was clear that many agencies were prevented from taking
more tickets because they either did not have a courier budget or the human resources required to accommodate
picking up tickets at Kids Up Front’s downtown office. We knew we could get the tickets to the agencies.”
The first pick up was scheduled for January 25, 2011. Kids Up Front’s partner agencies are thrilled with the
new ticket delivery service. As Major Ken Ritson, Executive Director, Salvation Army said, “having Churchill
deliver the ticket donations to our door enables us to get more tickets into the hands of more kids who really
benefit from the amazing opportunities provided by Kids Up Front.”
Churchill Armoured Car Service, established in 1994, is the largest independently owned armoured car company in
Canada. They currently operate a fleet of eighteen armoured vehicles throughout British Columbia and Calgary.
Kids Up Front Foundation (Vancouver) has been providing priceless experiences for kids across the Lower Mainland
since 2004. To date, they have provided more than 184,000 opportunities for underserved kids to experience
entertainment, educational and recreation events and activities.

Churchill Announces Expansion to Calgary Alberta

Vancouver, British Columbia - Churchill Armoured Car today announced plans for a major expansion to
accommodate current and projected future growth of the Cash Transit Industry in Alberta. The company
has selected Calgary for its Alberta headquarters and expects to be in full operation by September
2008.
In making the announcement, Joe Melonari, President of Churchill Armoured Car Service, noted that
Churchill has experienced significant growth over the years, and this has been accelerating in recent
years. Continuation of this growth is expected in Western Canada with the rising energy sector of the
Canadian economy.

Churchill Upgrading Fleet with New Armoured Vehicles

Vancouver, British Columbia - Churchill Armoured Car is purchasing four(4) new Armoured Vehicles from
Streit Manufacturing as part of the companys fleet upgrade program. These new vehicles will enable Churchill
to maintain its high level of service and public safety, while accommodating its expanding client base.
Streit Manufacturing Inc is the headquarters for Streit Group of Companies. Located in Innisfil, Ontario,
Canada, Streit Manufacturing Inc houses a fully certified engineering team, full size machine shop,
and over 35,000 square feet of manufacturing space.
Churchill Opens Second Facility in Metro Vancouver

Vancouver, British Columbia - Ed Elliott, Executive Vice President of Churchill Armoured Car Service,
announced today that Churchill (Vancouver) is opening a second facility in Metro Vancouver. This new location will
provide additional services such as expanded coin processing, services for disaster recovery, contingency back-up
sites and off-site secured storage.
Located at 1641 Powell Street, security upgrades and renovations are expected to be completed by Jun
08 with the facility being fully operational by July 1, 2008.
